Door panel clips

Could someone please tell me which way the top clips go on the top of the door panels?

On the top? The bottom clips go back to front, but that is the only way they will go..

Thank you for the pics. Should there be three clips across the top? The reason I'm asking is because at the top of the door it looks like the front clip wont fit.
