HELLO FOLKS
I BOUGHT A "TOP OF THE LINE ORIGINAL REP." DUCK TAIL SPOILER FOR MY 72 CHALLENEGER, IT HAS A SLIGHT BOW/RADI/CURVATURE IT DOES NOT FOLLOW THW STRAIGHT LINE OF THE TRUNK LID
IS THIS NORMAL WITH THIS SPOILER I HAVE SEEN A LOT OF PICS WITH THIS ISSUE

It is a flexible plastic/fiberglass piece mounting to a steel trunk lid. Even brand new cars with trunk mounted spoilers have a spacer/weatherstrip between the spoiler and trunk to allow for any mismatch/flexing in that area. Believe me, they never fit perfect even "back in the day" as every body likes to say.
