I just happened upon these in the shop. The top one is 70. The bottom one is 71. They look interchangeable except for the brake cable. If you

use a 70 on a newer car you would need the 70 cable. I don't know if the 70 cable is the same length as 71 and newer.

Different front cable entirely , the 70 runs all the way to the rear where it connects to the wheel cables
71 up use a front cable , intermediate cable & 2 wheel cables

Here is the part numbers for the Parking Brake Pedal Assembly.
1970 #2950301 "E-body Only"
1971-72 #3467922 "B and E-body"
1973-74 #3575631 "B and E-body"

I can't help you as far as what is different might be between the 1971-72 one and the 1973-74 one.
Here is a couple of pictures of one that I have. Part #3575631
It was removed from a 1974 Challenger.

is the one pictured for sale?

Yes, it is for sale.
I saw that you were looking for one here and I sent you a PM back on 11/21 with the details.
Go back and check your inbox for the "conversation" that I sent you.
Thanks...
