Bought an 18 spline hemi 4 speed transmission for my 70 Barracuda project but decided to go with a 6 speed so this is up for sale. Just the transmission-no bell housing, shifter, or linkage. Date coded mid August (11th or 14th-I can't remember which) 1969 so it would be correct for an early 1970 E or B body. Rotates smoothly. $1050 obo SOLD!!

Whoever was stamping transmissions that day didn't stamp this one because the pad does not have a partial VIN and has not been modified/machined. See picture

Both cases may have been over the counter replacements or warranty replacements.

It appears to still have the 3 digit paint code on the case above the pad that will tell you what car it was supposed to be put in at the factory

I was wondering what that three digit number meant! It appears to read 676-do you know what that would mean?

676 was factory installed in a 1970 B-Body with a 426 Hemi or a 440 You probably want to put it over on the B-Bodies only site also to get that coverage probably someone will be interested. Good luck with your sale
