Ebody Bucket Seat Adjustment Track Diagram

While inspecting and messing around with one of my seat adjustment tracks it kinda fell apart. I checked the 1970 Service Manual for a breakdown diagram, no luck there. I want to put it back together properly and gain some knowledge. The roller bearing and a round bee-bee like bearing fell out of the track. It’s probably very simple to reassembly but I want to do it right. A breakdown diagram is needed. Any help would be much appreciated

Okay so I figured out where the bearings go. Cleaned up the tracks and did some adjustments to the bearing holders with a pair of needle nose pliers. Let’s see if I can get it back together functioning properly now
