Fender Tags, why?

the car is a "C" car, it is possibly the least performant and least desirable of the engine combinations.
Let's not forget the typically forgotten B code 195 /6. Even less horsepower.
They are the lowest of low on the totem pole.

I would 100% love to own a survivor B0B car.

Alrighty I’m just gonna keep it how it is then without the fender tag but built it the way I want it and enjoy it like you said! It’s aways away from getting back on the road but will get there

For the original OP, a Broadcast Sheet is like a birth certificate and a fender tag is like a detailed ID card. Essentially, the bona fides for the car.

Any E-Body is better with these items and the fender tag’s absence is detrimental no matter the model.

Repro fender tags can be had for far less than $500 but getting it right is no small task even with the Broadcast Sheet.

You can always build the car the way you want and order a fender tag with the original VIN but include the “AS-BUILT” options. Some have even ordered a second tag showing AS-BUILT on it just like a TRANS AM or HEMI FENDER second tag.

My original fender tag is stashed away and my as-built tag, which is obviously a repro, has the car as configured. Even the transmission (5-Speed TKX) is shown by changing the D32 code to TKX.

Your car, your choice.
