Fender Tags, why?

At least you got to drive it some!
Great memories I'm sure!

Hope I find a BS 71 someday. Even with rotted from frame rails. fixable these days.
Thanks for sharing!

Yes, I was in high school and college when I owned it. Looking back, I realize I was fortunate not to get killed in it. I drove it like I stole it. The 71 Cuda clone I am building now is 10x nicer than my Cuda was, but man I loved my old car.

Ahhh, Youth.
At least you can drive your clone like a maniac and know that you are much safer than you were when you were young. Great feeling.
Your ride is awesome by the way.

Thank you, in final stages of block sanding. Installed a Tremek five speed a while back as well. Been side tracked with other projects for a bit. My oldest son, who has never been much of a car guy, has got into Miata's. We have been working together, with him doing most of the work, to get that thing going. It has been fun.

Unless it was a super rare AND desireable option like a Mod Top nobody cares about a fender tag on a slant 6 car except for curiosity or data collection.
