This is a fresh rebuild done by Fields Machine in Nashville, Tn. Steel crank with flat top pistons from from Diamond, they where not off the shelf because the owner wanted 10.1 compression on the nose. Bored 30 over, Eagle rods, completely balenced at over a cost of 350.00, comp cams package kit XE284. Static compession was 10.1 on the nose. Eldbrock intake which held the horse power back a little bit, machined shop wanted a performer rpm put on it.915 heads with a little bowl blending, holly 670 street avenger carb., dyno at 450 horse. It has a truck water pump housing and oil pan on it was in a 80s dodge step side. I have a water pump housing off a 69 HP 383 for it but no car oil pan.
Trans is a big block 727, 5 gear planatary gear in front, cheeta reverse manual valve body, 3500 TCI stall converter.
Motor and trans has less then 1000 miles on them. Here is a photobucket link for pics.
Asking 2900.00 for both or best offer.
