Fuel Starvation/Tank Issues

Speaking of WTF, I just read something deeply concerning. The tank mat is stuck to the underside of the floor, so I thought I would look for one, when this popped up on the Detroit Muscle site:

Here is my new powder coated tank fully wrapped in insulation to combat vapor lock. I repeatedly soaked and blew out the four port vapor separator, but I am not quite confident it will function correctly. The bottom four ports flow easily, but the top one, is very stingy with flow.
