Go wing mounting brackets

Hello,
Can anyone tell me if the under deck lid mounting brackets for a factory wing were painted black or body color?
Not sure if it matters but I have an early 71 build with a 70 style Go Wing.

I have never seen wing brackets painted body color, always black. Wait, for some reason I was thinking the pedestals, anyhow, I think the under brackets are still black.
