I got to meet Ronnie Sox Beechbend dragway, KY 2005. He was very humble in his talks about racing in the day. I asked him about him being the only Pro Stocker that lost time going from crashbox A833 trans to the clutchless. He explained it was more setup and weight than his abilities with the 4-speed. But the stories of him running someone else's car and putting down a better time was repeated more than once. He will always be "Mr. 4-speed"
