Heater and Radio delete panels

Anyone looking for Delete panels, check these out. I just received them from Resto-Nerd High-Quality Restoration Parts & Accessories for Mopar Vehicles | Resto-Nerd Muscle Car Worx. Really nice 3d printed panels and communication was stellar. I'll try to get some photos of them when I install them.

He even threw in a free shaker Christmas tree ornament. Talk about customer service.

Hey Cuda Hunter, the printed texture is not an exact match to OEM. I am not 100% sure but I have seen two reported OEM textures. Places like Instrument Specialties do a wrinkled finish. My friend has an original Grand Coupe and it has this finish. I have many of the radio panels, but they are 50+ years old, and the finish might be damaged with time, but they seem to have a smoother finer finish. My brother is restoring an AAR and he was advised by Kolor Korrect to use the Saude black texture they offer as the correct finish. His AAR has the standard dash which has a finer texture so it might be a harmony thing. If anyone knows I would really like to find out. I have continuously searched the internet and do not have a definitive answer. The "radio panel texture" photo was posted by someone stating this is an original finish. Anyway, resto-nerd also has a "raw" surface that you finish to your liking and you can match your other components like the heater control panel.

Got my Rallye Bezel from PG classics and radio/heater delete panels from restomod nerd mocked up. The panel fit perfectly. I'm not so sure about the Rallye gauge housing though. They don't line up very well and there are no screw holes in the top to mount to the dash. Has anyone else purchased a housing from PG classics have this issue?

Simple, it’s just a sticker that goes over the over the backing plate. Can either put it over the “wood grain” or remove the wood sticker to directly on the plate.

My backing plates dont curve at the ends. Do I still need to purchase the wood grain plates and install over what I currently have? And then install the carbon fiber over the woodgrain?

Ok, so the woodgrain panel is attached to the backing plates? How do you attach the woodgrain panel to them?

Those metal plates have tabs that twist lock to the plastic, and the metal "woodgrain" is glued to the metal plate.
I didn’t realize it was 2 pieces until I started taking my switch panel apart.

*** 3 pieces: plastic, thick metal plate, thin woodgrain face plate.

Thanks for the clarification Katfish!!! More money out the window lol. I wonder if I can find the plates without the wood grain since I want to cover it with the carbon fiber.
