I found a ratty build sheet early on it was going to be tough to figure out some of the items on it. I do have the fender tag tho...However, when we took the dash out this was tucked up behind the glove box...

Engine is in red oxide primer...will be painted fresh just prior to installation

Remarkable finding...I would not have touch it...honestly...just bringing it back road legal and ride it... it just looks too good to get restored :)

I was going to leave it alone and drive it, but later thought it deserves a restoration. I have a survivor 70 Mach1 Super Cobra jet 55k, and a 32k mile 68 Shelby 'vert that I drive often....

So, been working hard to be this thing done, my body guy is getting close...hopefully paint next week..here are some pics of the final blocking stage before sealer, and the sealer. Need to final block for paint then the GO Mango....

Wow coming along great - what a find. I also have a 70 RT 383 auto with factory air and a 67 Dart as well (although the Dart is not nearly as nice your 68 GTS). You have two awesome Mopars there.

If you look on the restoration site you will see updated pics of the Challenger resto.
My Dart was also a one owner a/c car from vegas...
