Help needed identifying part.

Need help identifying a part found while going through boxes of a long ago disassembled 70 Challenger R/T. May not even be E-body. Thanks group!

That looks like a ballast resister. Maybe for a slant-6, I have the least experience with those.

Later seventies solid state electrically assisted choke control. Didn't see them until about '76 and later. Would not belong to a '70. Replaced the earlier electro mechanical bi-metal choke control that started around ’73.
