| I need a fender for my T/A. While searching the internet for replacement sheet metal, I came across this note by one of the suppliers. This is a full steel fender and includes side marker light opening, all inner factory bracing and headlight mounting bracket. On some models with 15" wheels, the fenders were modified on the assembly line by rolling the upper portion of the fender lip to allow more clearance. I read that this was done on cars with wider tires, such as the hemi cars and T/A's. Does anyone have more info about this? Perhaps pictures that shows this "rolling" of the upper portion of the fender lip? Maybe a comparison to an "unrolled" fender? Thanks! |
