Howdy Snowdog,
Can you show a picture of the fender tag?
I'm very curious of the Y02 and would like to see it.

Here ya go! The Y02 looks like it's right below one of the screw holes. I contacted the guy I sold the Cuda to and he said it's ok to show the fender tag so long as I blurred or blacked out the last four number of the VIN. The Cuda was sold to a guy on another ebody site, I'll see if he can send you PM on the status. He's in CA and is currently finishing a FE5 (Red) Cuda, he does it as a hobby and does real nice job on them from what I've seen in his posts. He wants to finish his FE5 Cuda first below he starts on my old Cuda he bought from me. I keep joking with him that I'm buying Lotto tickets, so if I hit the big Lotto I can buy it back from him when it's done.
BTW, what's best way to clean the Challenger fender tag without damaging it? Wire brush by hand ok?

Yes, a wire brush by hand will work fine without damaging the tag.
When I compare the B51 and the C55 to the Y0 code it looks like the y0 code is actually a Y05 code. That is the build to USA spec and most tags have this on them. You will notice the cuda tag also has the Y05 build to USA spec.
Y02 is a radio edit waiver of which I can't say I have ever seen on a tag. I'm sure it is out there somewhere on a C body cop car.
That's awesome your challenger is a D21 4 speed car and FK5 is definitely one of the best colors on a challenger. Really like the C55 without having the C16 added on.
Also, the N41 without N42 is pretty cool also. A very sleeper style car.

Cool car!! I hope you get to putting it back together.

Ya, that makes sense. It does look like more of a 05 than a 02.
Is there anyway you can tell if the Rally dash came with it from the fender tag? Or do I need a broadcast sheet? I haven't found a build sheet yet, but I never had the front seats out either.
