Hose Spring Clamps - Best Tool Recommendation

The best tool is the proper tool:lol:. This one, I have used it for years. It has two notch sizes for the heater and radiator hose clamps. K-D 428 and Made in the USA!

moparlee is very correct, there are a few different versions of these pliers. If you cant find a set take a cheap set of pliers that you can adjust for small or large items , close pliers drill a 3/16 hole right thru about a 1/4 inch from end, and one hole directly in the end divided evenly in both jaws. It will save you from buying an expensive tool to use only one or two times, if pliers to hard to drill just grind notches instead ,I know it sounds RED NECK but when in need it will work.
