I he told me he cant see the one on the radiator support. Waiting for a pic of the cowl one.

Check behind the wiring harness L/H top radiator support near the L/H side of radiator normally the numbers are struck hard enough to be visible on the other side

Pschlosser, my 70 WSS was LA built. I tore the seats, carpet, glove box and fuel tank out hoping to find it, like you said, very sad.

I found mine in the headliner. I don’t suggest ripping it down, unless it was falling down.

Ive found Bs under carpet rear passenger side in one of my 70 cuda car's
have also found in a 71 cuda up headliner was some kind of production sheet
nothing about vin number, bucket seat material something I think.
