Interchangable Switches

Are the switches from a standard dash the same as the switches from a rally dash?

Mainly yes but sometimes, like wiper switches, not always.
Not because the actual switch is any different but the Rallye dash probably would have been in a better specced car and most likely had 3 speed wipers not 2 speed, hence different switch and wiring.

Some of the switches are the same. The panel the switches mount in is a different shape for the Rallye cluster.
