Is This a E Body Spare Tire ?

No, although you see a lot of that type but used in restorations. That rim is dated 1977 and has a Goodyear tire. I believe they were used in F-bodies. Original E-body space savers used BF Goodrich F78-14 collapsible tires. The original space saver steel rim did not have a part number stamped near the valve stem hole and did have a smaller diameter 6th hole stamped between the lug holes.
