Is this what a "rolled 15" fender lip looks like?

The guy selling two Challenger fenders #624 and 625 for $$$ on Facebook
These would have been late stamping replacements; looks like both also have the "71' notch.
Too much money for the units and I do not need them.
I am really just interested in what the rolled up lip looks like.
Is this what a "factory rolled lip" looks?

There is a nos cuda fender on ebay usually. I think he's asking 4500 for one.
