Kickdown bracket worn out or not?

Here’s a picture of the adjustment piece of the Kickdown bracket on my 440. It’s a single rod setup. Is the hole shown in the picture worn out of round or is this the way it’s supposed to be? The hole on the other side is perfectly round. I can’t find a picture on the web for reference. Thanks!!
