Never saw this before; filler pipe going into the trunk extension on a 70 Challenger?

Where the heck is the fuel filler tube? It is a 1970 Challenger factory 440-6. Not a Cali car. I found a pic of a 70 Challenger with ECS that would have been present on a Los Angeles built Challenger in 1970, It looks like the vent tube on this black 6pk car, but still shows the appropriate fuel filler tube. Looking at the fender plate; no N95.

The advert shows a fuel filler in an outside pic in the correct place.
