Wish you weren't in Maine. Is that hood an original? Does it have the bend?

Hi Josh,

Sent you an email also. I'm not completely up to speed on numbers and date codes. Here is a pic of the front of the hood. The vents are there, the connection point for the washers are there. The guy I had bought this project from had owned it since the 80's but I dont want to say its original if it is not. What is the bend?
