Month built?

Is there any way to find out if my 72 Challenger is the early or late version. The door sticker was missing when I bought the car.

The date should be on the engine fender tag, 2nd line from bottom, right side of tag, next to the vehicle order number.
3 digits; month and day except; October uses A, November uses B and December uses C

If it is a 72 model year, then the build date is December 15, 1971
