Need help decoding car

Could use some help decoding my car to see what it actually is. Vin # is hard to read from pic so here it is jh23g2b456756 and on rad support and cowl ther is b2 456756. Motor, color, car line, etc any help would be great thanks

Any way you could get a better picture of that fender tag.
