Need help with Fender Tag decode

Here is the fender tag off of a car I am looking at buying..

I can decode some of it but am lost on most of it..

Can anyone give me the breakdown on this car?

It is a 70 purple Challenger R/T 383 car.. or suppose to be..

You may need to blow it up some..

The car is about 150 miles from me so getting back to the vin again is tuff...

Please Help.... This car needs a total restoration but I may be willing to spend the money to get it and do it if it will be worth it.

Some of the characters are hard to read but here is what I come up with.
383 4V engine-727 auto tranny-Plum Crazy paint on both the bottom and the top (in other words no vinyl top) bucket seats-console-rallye dash-right hand mirror, dual exhaust with chrome tips built 12-11-1969. Sounds like a great car!
