Welcome to FEBO. She looks rough, (like it's from around here!) but just about everything is made for these cars now. Do you have the drivetrain? I have one that was in similar shape, floor, trunk etc, and now it is slowly becoming a car again. It all depends on how much work you can do or afford to do.
Welcome to the site from the Motor City! Does it have a fender tag? It's my opinion that it's too far gone to be worth saving unless you can do all of your own metal work but needing all frame rails replaced is just too much.
You might be able to carefully remove it and read it from the backside.
Just think about the cost of the restoration of it and how much it'd be worth when done.
