Brand new laser cut acrylic lenses for the Rallye light bars... I made a set for Dads Cuda and with the minimum acrylic I had to order I have plenty of sets....
I have dark blue, light blue and green... The light blue is the closest to factory with it being just a little lighter. Picture has the new lenses in the center being compared to factory lens on the right
I used 1/8 pop rivets and then went in great with no lenses cracking at all or any issues

$15 shipped for a set of four... just let me know what color you want

Nice work. I'm interested, but a question.
How bright/dark is 2 of your lighter blue one's stacked?
I guess if i changed them all I could just turn down the brightness!

Rereading , i see that your comment is about the lit ones, not the sample of light blue against factory blue, with green on the bottom.

I'm interested too, but unclear from pics which is stock?
Are pics upside down, you mention right, but that doesn't seem to match

The pictures of the light bars compare each new lens to the factory lens. In each case, the factory lens is on the right, the new lens on the left.

Here's How I understand it. Also, use semi tubular rivets for the factory look

How hard are they to install ?
I used the semi-tubular rivets and had one of my sons hold the light bar while I peened the rivets. The rivets were rested on a piece of hardwood so as not to scratch or distort their heads. I started out cautiously and checked the tightness to see if it was loose and needed more peening. There were some spots where the clincher was a bit cockeyed so I did the best that could be done and finished those off with a straight punch. Hope that explains my method.

Yeah the lenses attach to the light bar pretty easily... you can use the semi-tubular rivets like EW1 said or just regular pop rivets painted black if that's what you got

Any orders for lenses have now been shipped and I am currently out of light blue lenses... Still have a few sets of dark blue and green left and then it will be a little bit before I make any more
