No oil cap valve covers

I have a set of small block valve covers with no oil fill cap on passenger side but it does have pvc valve and engine wire harness bracket. Drivers side only has breather snout. What did these come off of

Some of the early small blocks had this kind of PCV valve. You pulled the whole thing off to add oil. Is that what your valve covers have?

Not sure. They came off of 71 340 I bought although I know they weren’t the originals. I’ve never messed with anything older than 69 so I’m unfamiliar with them. What years were these valve covers used? Thanks for the knowledge
