Yes the offset spring hanger kit moves the springs in under the frame so you can use all the space.

The inboard kit moves them in even farther and that one requires cutting of the wheel wells to get the most out of them.

those hangers move it in an inch paired with the i inch offset rear shackles you can put a deeper offset wheel or a lot of guys install a early b body rear both which is narrower = wider tire
