parking lights and dash lights [rally dash] come on with ignition on. do not remember this. replaced oem dash with rally dash.

Off hand it seems as if the you have some wires crossed. Your probably thinking " No $h*t!. Pay no attention to the text above the diagram.

Just a quick look I'm thinking check the steering column connector. See if there in the correct place. I'm just shot gunning it. I have no Idea what you did. The Ign 1 wire and the acc become hot when the sw is in the run position. The orange wire is the instrument lights. It might be feeding back through there.

Question when you turn your light switch off do they go out? Only when you turn the ignition sw on and off?

Had a similar issue recently on a friends 68 GTS what we found was a corroded fuse in the fuse box not making good contact? Don't know why it caused the parking lights to come on but replacing the fuse fixed it?
