Did all AARs and TAs challengers have the power steering cooler when they were ordered with power steering? I was told if the car had power steering it should have the cooler but many people removed it.

I didn't see a cooler listed in the options list I have but I'm including @MoparCarGuy in this post because he has all things Mopar option wise. Well, at least a whole lot more than I have!

In 1970, all cars equipped with 3.54:1 rear axle ratio or higher and power steering received a power steering fluid cooler.

The standard rear axle ratio in the AAR 'Cuda and Challenger T/A was 3.55:1, with 3.91:1 optional. So, all AAR 'Cuda and Challenger T/A cars with power steering were equipped with the cooler, whether standard power steering (S77), or "TA" power steering with the fast ratio pitman arm (S74).

I guess you could send him to the parts books. You might also ask people to provide proof to the contrary.
