Hi folks
I know this topic hasn't been discussed before but I can't seem t get a straight answer. I am missing the fender tag on my 1973 Cuda. Is MMC Detroit the only ones left producing these. They are expensive and wondering iff there is an alternative??

I thought AG BACKEAST did fender tags, but when I went to look up there website I found nothing.
Maybe there out of business??

You can have this one made up.

These look 3d printed. Will they hold up under the hood?
Yes, the 3D printed tags will hold up. They lay flat, but if a rag were to catch an edge, it seems possible they would break if bent too far. And they may never pass off as original, which maybe is a good thing. And if they DO look an obvious reproduction, unless you have a broadcast sheet to back up what it claims, you may be dancing on the line of honesty and ethics.

There are some who get all up in arms over reproduction tags.

Hmm, it doesn't look 3D printed to me. I can clearly see the shiny metal where the rivet holes are plus dataplates4u mentions nothing about 3D printing them.

I will try these guys - Thanks for the info
This is me, I've been moving for the last month and a half and I'm not set back up yet, I should be in another week maybe two at the most. They are 3D printed out of plastic, it's a material called ASA, very similar to ABS in its properties, weather, heat and UV resistant - I have well over 50 produced around the world on different Mopars including some high-end ones with 100% satisfaction. They are much more obvious reproductions though, they are thicker plus the font isn't quite right so nobody can claim fraud. If you want one that's closer to factory correct, you need to get those from either MMC Detroit or the other company which I can't remember off the top of my head right now, but you can find them on eBay as well.

I just noticed you're in Canada though, and my understanding from a couple of clients is that the metal tag companies won't ship up north for some reason. I have no problem with it, but shipping up north isn't cheap (@ $17)

I can speak for Cole's 3D printed fender tags. Buy one (he will reproduce the correct tag if you have some documentation) and display it without the worry of someone taking it. Correct? Nope....but the cost is low and you will be supporting a Mopar enthusiast.
Mine isn't 100% accurate, but is a tribute to my late son, as I added his name to the tag where the sequence number should be. It works for me in many ways.

This guy is in Europe. I think that's how he gets away with making anything. He will make any tag you like..In the correct metal as well. He does not require documentation.
