Riser block rear suspension???

After you lift the front, adjust the bars, and set the car back on the ground, roll it back and forth a few feet so that the suspension can settle. Half a car length should be enough. Bouncing it while you're rolling it helps a bit too and it's best to end it after rolling forward. I usually start the car and back up a car length and hit the brakes a time or tow while pulling back forward enough to bounce the suspension some.

Look at the numbers on the end of the torsion bars to make sure they are sequential. Or measure their diameter to make sure they are a matched set. Sometimes different diameter bars were installed side to side when racing.

And this may be too little, too late but did you check your pinion snubber to see if it was contacting the bottom of the car? When the car is lowered, it narrows the distance between the body and the snubber. And is it an original snubber or is it an adjustable one?
