roof skin & drip rail

parts all amd , the drip rail is two piece . it appears kinda flat and doesn’t follow the contour of the roof . how’s this work ? what is the order of assembly ?

The drip rail is a real POS and does not follow the contour correctly. I ended up only used about the rear 10 inches of it and spliced it together with the existing original. Many of the parts I purchased from AMD had to be altered or were returned as they were unusable. Many of the original parts that I had hoped to replace had to be repaired and reused. parts that we couldn't get we had to make. The drip rail is attached to the body then the roof skin goes on top of that. Good Luck

that’s what i was afraid of ( quality) . does anyone know of a better source for the drip rails , mine were shot !
