Seat hinge paint

I am looki my for advice on what paint to use for the metal seat hinges….I need white and burnt orange….and looking for good removal techniques of the old paint, I was thinking paint stripper for removal and I’m thinking SEM paint

I used the SEM paint on mine, but they are black so matching a color wasn't an issue. The paint worked great though.
