I'm sure this has been asked before, but what do I do with the other wires when converting to a single wire alt? Don't need an amp gauge wire. Have Dakota Digital dash with volt gauge. Thanks

let me just add that i'm also running an MSD so i don't have the regulator (internally regulated alt obviously) or ballast resistor either... so all that wiring related to those components is just gone. I like it much better than the stock wiring since it's very solid and much cleaner (and obviously my cars are not stock so that's not an issue).

Not running MSD, but I am running GM style HEI ignition module with an external coil so I too have eliminated the ballast resister and all of the corresponding wires. Guess I'll get rid of a few more. Thanks rogue!
