I was wondering if anyone was familiar with the rally - wiring, I've got a couple of connectors that I'm not sure where they go.\n The one yellow wire by itself comes from the light. That shines on the heater controls.
Then there's a red plug with a dark blue and light green single wire plug on each side of it. Then there is a black plug with 2 large dark green wires, a light green wire and a dark Brown wire.\nIt also has a lighter Brown single wire with it.By itself. Thanks.

That helps out a lot, so it looks like mine is a non. A car, so the big red plug and the blue and green wire would not go to anything. And the plug that is next to the\nHeater control that has the pink wire coming from it.I do not have that one either. That must be something to do with AC.Maybe
The A/C harness is separate from the main dash harness, if you don’t have A/C, should be able to remove it altogether.

I have a couple more questions. LOLI have a long orange wire in the picture that has a bulb on the end. Not sure where that goes.
And also have a knob on the dash in the picture that I believe is. Some kind of speaker control knob, there are light, green, dark green and black wires coming from it.I believe they go to the speakers in the dash. I also have one opening in the - that I'm not sure if anything goes in it or not.Like for a light , I can't see this long orange wire going up to the dash l o l thanks for any help

I was thinking that the long orange wire with the bulb could be something to do with the floor shift console light , not sure

Correct, routs to the passenger side of the dash, down the kick panel, under the carpet to the auto console shift selector light. Other pics, rear speaker fader and related wiring. Rallye cluster did not use the lower indicator hole between the gauges and the tach, would normally be plugged off with a sticker as I recall.

Thanks another for your help... So\nIs it possible that the wiring harness came equipped for a c cars and just did not use them for non a c cars

Pretty clear the harness you are working with came from an A/C car. As mentioned, the A/C harness is not part of the main harness, can be removed/separated from the dash to use the main harness on a non A/C car.

Maybe you can help with this question as well. When swapping to a rally dash l read that I have to change the sending unit to a gauge sending unit... Instead of a - light. I also have to provide constant 12 V power to the clock as well. As a new wire from the coil to the tach

Yes, will need to swap out the oil pressure switch for an oil pressure gauge sender, does use the same wire run. The main Rallye harness should have a power connector for the clock, double red wires on a single female Packard. Tach signal wire is normally not part of the harness on early cars, it appears your tach signal wire is included from your pics (gray with black trace), will need to verify the engine harness completes that run to the coil.

Thank you once again
