on the aluminum six pack intake do you use the 4 paper gaskets on both sides of the metal valley pan?

On mine I didn’t use any paper gaskets on either side. I have heard of people doing this but, I’ve never had any issues probably because heads are edelbrock out of the box and the block hasn’t been decked either.

I onlu use the paper between the head & valley pan to prevent oil getting up into the intake ports .

Done it both ways, works either way. Whatever lines up the ports the best or intake bolt alignment should be the driving factor I would think.
