Spare tire inflator canister - sleeve or sticker

For the spare tire inflator canister ECS sells a sticker or a sticker and a cardboard sleeve. From my research it looks like they originally came with the cardboard sleeve vs. the sticker directly on the bottle.

Do I have that right? Assuming so, does that mean the cardboard sleeve comes plain and you have to put the sticker on yourself?

Sticker on a sleeve is correct. The sticker was not applied directly to the bottle. I can’t remember how the ECS combo sleeve and sticker came. I think the sticker was already applied. I used with an original bottle and it fit very nicely.
