I wanted to give my review of the TTi header for my Gen 3 hemi swap Challenger with Borgeson Box that i did over the weekend .. I wanted to say this isn’t for the faint of heart at all ..As i love the quality of the header , getting to tighten down the 8 bolts per header was an absolute pain. Very hard to get to certain bolts on this header Vs the Doug Thorley i had in there before .Not to mention getting the gasket to line up while holding the header to thread in the bolts and not scratching the ceramic coating . The driver side was by far the hardest with the Borgeson Box in and tired it a bunch of different ways until i got it..They make it where you have to put the starter in one way or it just won’t go ..Whoever does this , i wish you the best 😆 .

Now what i did like is the quality of it , seems well made fitment was tight but good, they sit higher then my previous header for ground clearance and these are slightly bigger tubing size then my previous header .. The collector is longer which means i’ll have to modify my exhaust a bit and shorten it about 3” . The collectors are super close to my 545rfe trans , not sure why they did that but i can still get the trans out it seems if needed without taking a header off .. It clears torsion bars by a lot on driver not so much on passenger side. I have yet to start it and run it through its paces but when i do , i’ll probably add or update this .. Out of 10 being best , i give it a 6.5 for accessibility on the bolts and overall fitment and 8.5 on the coating

Keep in mind, the E-Bodies were not designed for the GEN III hemi, so hats off to anyone who puts one in and hats off to the aftermarket companies who try hard to make it happen! 👍

Congrats getting them in, no way in h*ll would I have been able to do in car.
I put my TTI shorties on the engine while it was on a stand, and the bolts were super tough to get to. The type where you get a 1/16 of a turn on the bolt, then have to flip the wrench to get the next 1/16 and so on..........
