Does anyone make a turn signal switch for a 1970 Cuda that doesnt have to be modified to fit, all the ones I see the flasher knob is to large

so do you cut the knob to fit or take the old knob and put it on the new part

You can do either, I prefer to take the old knob out and swap it to the new switch. It's not too bad to do. Drill out the 3 little rivets holding it together, and put it back together with tiny screws and nylon lock nuts.

Brought a year ago, or so. Rebuilt steering column, and decided not to use it. My was fine.
