I agree that the stripe code on the window sticker is hard to make out but is actually a V6X BODY SIDE TAPE STRIPE with a $14.25 cost. Your Broadcast Sheet coding proves it is V6X.
V5X is normally the body side moulding so I pulled a BP Gran Coupe window sticker with the V5X and the description says BODY SIDE VINYL MOULDING-BLACK and the pricing was $29.45, not $14.25. This agrees with @Cuda Hunter's comments that pricing tells us it is the pin stripe. Many Barracuda/Cudas received dealer-installed body side mouldings as it appears in your car photos so that could explain why your car has both the side mouldings and a factory pin stripe for $14.25.
I am going to research my reference files to look for the wholesale pricing and see what it shows us. Will post something shortly.

Okay, found some info from the 1971 Barracuda dealer brochure. Note the double pin stripe from the door top edge all the way across the front fender. This would be the V7W BODY SIDE PAINT STRIPE versus the V6X BODY SIDE TAPE STRIPE which I believe is a vinyl two-part, full-length pinstripe and is in your Gran Coupe photo.

The second page from the brochure shows the Gran Coupe could get two different tape stripes (no mention of the painted stripes since those were STANDARD).
I believe the first is the V5_ BODY SIDE MOULDINGS with pinstripe and the second is the V6 full-length upper-body (two-part) pin stripe.

Lots of good info. It stated that x doesn't always mean black. I see white, and tan stripes. The one on my 71 was not black, and it didn't have a vinyl top. Seems like the stripe matched the vinyl top color. That is why I believe my stripe matched the interior color??

And here is the 1971 Barracuda Pocket Salesman Guide page showing the pricing for each available stripe.
This info shows there is a BODY SIDE TAPE STRIPE for $14.25 which is Gran Coupe ONLY and replaces the V7 painted stripe that came standard on 71 Gran Coupes.
I believe it is option code V6X as per the Gran Coupe portion of the chart below.

X is always Black. Your Broadcast Sheet and Window Sticker both show V6X so it is a black vinyl tape stripe for Gran Coupe only.
