Valance hardware ID

Can anyone help me ID the 2 bolts that go behind the rear license plate on a 71 Challenger? I have a old Dave Wise fastener guide but they are not listed.

They are a large hex headed self tapping thread with built in washers on them. This hex head is about 3/8".
Search the site there was a thread about this 1 or 2 months ago.
