Did it myself with two helpers. None of us did one before. Thank God for YouTube. A little more trimming and glue around the openings and done! Serious pucker factor at start - whew.

I want to add.when putting the drip rail trim on.I had to trim at the drip rail.I was to tight at the front on the radius to wrap around.

If i remember right from when i did mine, i was able to wrap enough material around, and cover The drip rail. The molding then goes over the top of the material.

I guess the answer is if the trim fits with the vinyl wrapped around the lower part of the drip rail, leave it. If it doesn't, cut it at the rail. That's my task later this afternoon. I'll give my verdict then.

correct what ever is going to work. When I peeled mine off it was cut at the drip rail.all this helps others if there is an issue.
