I'm looking for a good starting point to restore. I really want a 70 challenger but I also like the 71. For now the budget is 4500$. I'm located south Texas so somewhere south is preferred but for the right car transportation can be worked out. Thank you for looking and god bless.

It will be tough , but not impossible, to find anything worth restoring for $4,500.

I agree. I'm basically looking for a solid body because I have three engines two transmissions and a lot more 70 parts. I'm looking to do restmod with xv parts or alterkation parts. Along with tti exhaust system. I just don't want any dang engine sensors I want old school muscle. And a 5 speed overdrive trany.

So you are looking to run an original style motor with an upgraded suspension and upgraded transmission. What engines do you have?

Exactly. I have a 440 and two 383's. I plan on putting the 440 in the car. But I don't want to ruin a car that deserves to be restored to it's original glory like an all numbers matching rt.

Never mind. Didn't notice someone had resurrected a year-1/2 old post.
