Where are they ?

I need to replace my low fuel relay and seat belt light relay but can't find where they are located located. Any ideas ?

Here is the low fuel relay (to the right), offhand I forget what the other one is?

the low fuel relay should be to the right of the glove box, one screw holds it at the bottom. the seat belt relay is to the right of the steering column. round, about the diameter of A quarter about 1.5 inches long.
