Wiper switch broken - 3 speed

Hi all, I found my switch is not working. I never paid too much attention to it since I don't drive in the rain much.

So it's a 3 speed, but it won't change speed when turning the knob, all 3 positions will deliver the same speed.
Also it won't move to park.

I removed it and saw that the ballast resistor(?) has crumbled spreading dust/grit everywhere. I cleaned it and can see 2 coils now.

Is it possible to fix it? And how?

There are people that can rebuild it. I am sure someone on this forum can give you names.
