Does anybody know where I can get a wood grain face insert for a standard gauge panel ? Or some place who might be able to refinish

You can have yours rescreened. I forget who is doing them. @Slotts refresh my memory please.

Another option is to have someone hydrodip, sometimes called hydro graphics, do it. If you don't mind it not being quite stock appearing, it might work.
